Responsibilities The Category Manager drives category growth and customer business performance through fact-based insights, category management strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. The position partners with internal sales teams and external retail customers to develop category recommendations, optimize assortment and shelf space, and strengthen selling initiatives across omnichannel retail environments. The role translates category performance, shopper behavior, competitive activity, and market trends into actionable recommendations that support customer objectives and business growth.
