Revpanda Group is looking for a knowledgeable and proactiveLegal Counselwith a strong background incorporate structures, iGaming regulations, and financial compliance. This role is ideal for a lawyer based in Latvia, familiar with tier-1 European iGaming jurisdictions, looking to providefull-time legal supportfor our corporate and iGaming operations. You will act as a trusted legal advisor, supporting corporate setups, regulatory compliance, and financial governance, while ensuring that our business operates seamlessly across multiple EU jurisdictions. Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and support oncorporate structuringin EU andiGaming regulations. Coordinate with regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, and internal teams to ensure compliance withiGaming laws and regulations. Advise onfinancial, tax, and accounting mattersrelated to corporate operations and gaming licenses. Support corporate governance, contracts, agreements, and licensing documentation. Monitor changes iniGaming regulations, corporate law, and taxation, and provide timely guidance to the business. Act as primary liaison forjurisdictional matters, maintaining effective relationships with regulators, advisors, and local authorities. Provide availability during our working hours to respond to legal queries or urgent matters.
