You will answer their chats about our programs and book the right people into a consultation with our Admission Counselors. Speed matters here and so does fit, because a good booking is one where the program suits the person. AI is part of how we work, from finding the right answer fast to spotting which leads need a follow-up, and we expect you to use it to get faster and better every week. On pace: our leads expect fast replies, and response time directly affects whether they book. You will handle a high volume of chats, learn many programs fast, and keep every lead record clean. If you prefer a slow inbox and a single product, this is not the right role for you. You will focus on the hours when many of our working professional leads are free to chat: weekday evenings and weekends.
