The role: RevOptimal is seeking a Director of Financial Operations to lead our accounting and FP&A functions. The Director of Financial Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as the company's senior finance leader and sole point of accountability for accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and FP&A. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business scales. What you'll do: Accounting & month-end close Own full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and deferrals. Run a month-end close and deliver a timely P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and variance commentary. Design and document internal controls and repeatable processes, including the close checklist, revenue recognition policy, and expense policy.
