Senior Substation Engineer

Summary As a Senior Electrical Engineer on Revamp's High Voltage Substation team, you will serve as a senior contributor and subject-matter expert across the spectrum of substation design, primarily focused on both protection & control (P&C) and physical design. You will take ownership of QA/QC reviews and act as a confident internal and external technical resource — reviewing and redlining design deliverables, cross-checking drawings, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary stakeholders in an employee-owned culture where every individual’s contributions strengthen project outcomes, increase company success, and meaningfully advance the clean-energy transition. Duties & Responsibilities: Technical Design & Quality Assurance Serve as a multi-disciplinary subject matter expert in substation design with a focus on P&C and physical scopes; however, broad substation and transmission/distribution knowledge is beneficial. Lead QA/QC reviews of substation design deliverables across both P&C and physical scopes. Redline P&C drawing packages and cross-check with physical drawings for consistency and accuracy. Create and review complex electrical engineering plans, details, and calculations, and schedules. .
