Project Manager

Position Summary RTS is seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from planning through successful completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and deliverables, engaging stakeholders, identifying and resolving risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, requirements, roles, and responsibilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project activities remain aligned with established goals and timelines. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items through completion. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when appropriate. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
