Senior Backend Developer C# & .NET (m/f/d)

Develop scalable backend solutions and shape technical standards within the team. As a Senior Backend Developer C# & .NET (m/f/d), you will advance a pure SaaS product using C# and .NET within the therapy team and take responsibility for demanding backend topics. You will work in a cross-functional Scrum team and contribute your experience in architecture, quality, and modern engineering practices. The position is 100% remote and can be performed completely from any location in Germany. What you will achieve: Independently develop complex backend functionalities with C# and .NET, ranging from design and implementation to testing and operations; Take responsibility for architecture and design decisions and develop scalable, resilient, and performant solutions; Actively incorporate business context and user needs into technical decisions, questioning requirements with regard to their actual utility; Establish test strategies, test automation, and quality and performance standards, ensuring transparency over system status through logging, metrics, and tracing; Ensure high engineering standards through code, security, and design reviews, and further develop existing coding guidelines; Reduce technical debt through targeted refactoring and drive improvements that minimize manual effort; Mentor less experienced team members, conduct constructive code reviews, and support the team.
