What you will achieve: Develop digital continuing education programs that specifically support nursing professionals with the challenges of their daily work; Translate complex specialist topics into learning content that is understandable and directly applicable in practice; Design webinars, digital learning paths, and e-learning content that sustainably convey knowledge and encourage interaction; Support new educational offerings from the initial idea through the didactic concept to concrete implementation; Create scripts and pedagogical concepts for synchronous and asynchronous learning formats; Conduct webinars and digital learning events, ensuring that listening turns into genuine understanding; Further develop existing content together with the educational team while contributing your own professional perspective; Consider professional requirements and accreditation guidelines in the continuing education environment without losing sight of the learners; Get to know existing products and customer needs to develop educational offerings.
