Structural Work Business Manager (M/F)

As part of its growth, our organization is strengthening its teams and recruiting a Business Manager specializing in underpinning and structural rehabilitation for the Strasbourg area. Reporting hierarchically to the Branch Director and working in collaboration with the engineering office and construction teams, your missions will consist of developing the branch's turnover. Your missions: Estimate, draft, and negotiate commercial proposals; Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process; Propose technical solutions adapted to expressed needs within a specialized and diverse technical environment by relying on internal resources; Monitor the progress of won projects (contract signature, invoicing, site execution, client payments, etc.); Maintain a portfolio of existing clients; Ensure regular reporting of your activity. Analyze the market in your geographical sector by detecting construction projects; Regularly visit targeted prospects (craftspeople, SMEs, site supervisors, purchasing departments, etc.); Establish a specific commercial action plan for each prospect.
