HR Shared Services Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Shared Services Representative delivers frontline human resources support within a centralized HR Shared Services model, serving as a primary point of contact for employees, leaders, and candidates. This role provides timely, accurate, and consistent HR services in a high-volume environment across the employee lifecycle, including general HR inquiries, transactional support, and post-offer activities. Working within established policies, procedures, knowledge resources, and service standards, the Representative executes standardized HR processes, supports Workday transactions, and partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to ensure a positive and compliant employee and candidate experience. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, leaders, and candidates; intake, triage, and resolve requests in a queue-based, high-volume environment while maintaining a professional, respectful, and solution-focused approach. Utilize HR knowledge resources, documented procedures, and standard response guidance to deliver consistent, high-quality service, while maintaining accurate documentation in HR systems and case management tools to support compliance and a consistent experience.
