About the role Brand Design Manager We’re building a brand-new product from scratch, and we need someone to design what it actually is — not the buttons, the product. This is a conceptual role: you invent the functions, the moments, the way the whole thing works and feels, from a blank page. You’re not polishing UI. You’re deciding what the product does and why it matters in someone’s life. Move fast, ship working concepts, learn, and go again. We care less about a perfect pixel and more about ideas nobody else would have had. What You’ll Be Doing Design the product itself, not just the interface — the functions, the experience, the way it works, invented from a blank page. Turn our AI and technical capabilities into functions that actually change someone’s day — their outlook, perspective, productivity, or the experiences they have. Bring the ideas.
