Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager, China & APAC

The Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager, China & APAC is a regional leadership role responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, workplace technology, networking, enterprise application connectivity, and site IT operations across China and selected Asia-Pacific locations. The position serves as the primary bridge between regional business operations and Global Infrastructure teams, ensuring technology services remain secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with corporate standards. This role supports manufacturing, laboratory, supply chain, R&D, and corporate operations within a highly regulated life sciences environment. In addition to traditional infrastructure responsibilities, the position is accountable for enabling access to global enterprise applications from China, supporting local regulatory requirements, and establishing secure third-party connectivity models for suppliers, contract manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, and research partners. The successful candidate will lead regional infrastructure operations, drive service improvements, coordinate major incident response, manage vendors and telecommunications providers, support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, and partner closely with global technology teams to deliver scalable solutions across APAC.
