Service Supervisor Pest Control East Flanders

As a Service Supervisor Pest Control, you lead a team of technical employees and ensure that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You motivate your team, monitor performance, and make adjustments where necessary. Additionally, you are the primary point of contact for technical questions and customer complaints, and you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. What will you do? You lead, coach, and motivate a service team. You ensure compliance with Rentokil safety and quality standards. You organize quarterly meetings focused on safety and knowledge sharing. You organize technical training and evaluate new and temporary employees. You manage inventory, overtime, vacation schedules, and absences. You perform quality controls and QA inspections, including risk analyses for high-risk work. You follow up with customers and complaints to ensure appropriate solutions.
