About the Role Employer of Record is the core of our business. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our EOR product end to end and make it the best in the market. You’ll sit in the Product & Operations team with a direct line to the CEO. This role is about depth and craft, not a big title. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding, along with the internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.
