The Role We're hiring a Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across RemotePass , from early experiments to production features used by customers running global payroll, compliance, and payments. You'll sit in the Product & Operations team and work directly with the CEO, engineers, and operators. This isn't a typical PM role. The challenge isn't adding AI. It's making AI useful in messy, high-stakes workflows where a wrong answer can mean a missed payroll or a compliance breach. A lot of this isn't defined yet.
