Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated accounting professional to join our accounting and finance team. This position is intended for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is willing to initially learn our company, systems, processes, and construction accounting workflow through hands-on transactional accounting work. The role will begin with accounting support, data entry, document processing, and transaction review — with the opportunity to grow into Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, job costing, reconciliations, financial reporting support, and broader accounting responsibilities. We are not looking for a data-entry employee. We are looking for someone who understands accounting principles, asks good questions, identifies discrepancies, takes ownership of their work, and has the ability to grow into a larger accounting role within the company.
