Responsibilities APAC Business Development Develop and execute the recruitment growth strategy across China and Singapore. Identify and win new clients across the region. Build strong relationships with CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders and other senior decision-makers. Develop strategic relationships with Chinese companies and multinational organizations . Identify opportunities to support Chinese companies expanding into other Asian and international markets. Negotiate recruitment agreements, fees and commercial terms. Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
