Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, from problem definition through delivery and iteration Lead discovery with Payroll, Operations, and partner teams, ensuring we solve manual bottlenecks, avoid calculation errors and create trust with our customers Partner with engineering and design as a true triad, facilitating problem discovery and solution design as a team Improve how payroll calculation issues, reporting gaps, and partner connectivity problems are surfaced and resolved, reducing escalations and rework for Ops and Payroll teams Own the payroll calculation and reporting layer; ensure outputs are accurate, clear and understandable Build and maintain our country-specific payroll and compliance
