Position Overview: Remote People is looking for a creative, commercially minded Growth & Field Marketing Manager to make our brand more human, engaging, and recognizable while building a stronger field marketing program. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ideas into high-quality content, compelling events, and meaningful commercial outcomes. You will own organic social, particularly LinkedIn, create video-first brand content, and develop events and activations that help drive conversations and pipeline.
