In addition, the operator will provide support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations, advising on vehicle recovery or safety procedures, and maintaining detailed service documentation to support both on-site and virtual interactions. Candidates must have a modern smartphone with an active internet connection to efficiently manage orders and assignments through the company app. The ability to navigate mobile applications, digital platforms, and app-based workflows is essential for smooth task execution and communication. Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $93,600 per year, depending on experience and availability. Job Specifics: Operate heavy-duty recovery vehicles for towing and commercial vehicle recovery. Perform advanced recovery tasks, including the use of winches and vehicle uprighting. Respond to roadside assistance requests, such as jump-starts.
