Production Specialist - Job Summary The Production Specialist ensures that all transcripts and work products are complete, accurate, and delivered to clients on time. Responsibilities include performing a final check of each transcript and converting it into the client’s requested file format(s). Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Specialist partners closely with the Production Manager, Order Review Specialist, and Assignment Specialists to manage workflow and the work product pipeline, ensuring all orders are prepared and delivered within their designated timelines.
