Job Summary Translate RELX Talent and Capability strategy into effective, consistent processes, practical solutions and meaningful insight. The role connects specialist T&C expertise with other delivery teams, ensuring that talent, performance and learning approaches work in practice and that their impact can be understood and improved. Responsibilities Partner with central specialists and divisional T&C teams to define business problems, outcomes, user needs and success measures, translating talent, succession, performance and learning principles into process, data and solution requirements Identify shared needs, recommend reusable approaches and prioritise work by value, risk and capacity Define and improve employee lifecycle processes, including EP, RELX OTR and wider talent reviews Convert agreed talent approaches into practical workflows, guidance and data requirements, for example for talent pooling, recording potential, succession planning and performance calibration.
