TALENT SPECIALIST - IT RECRUITER

Talent Specialist / IT Recruiter (Colombia) Job Summary: We are looking for a Talent Specialist or IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment process management for technology companies. The ideal candidate will have skills in IT headhunting, advanced use of recruitment tools, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience and the fulfillment of hiring objectives. Main Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from identifying needs to candidate onboarding. Conduct headhunting for IT profiles using specialized databases and advanced search tools. Analyze requirements and develop recruiting strategies aligned with client objectives. Make advanced use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avature, Greenhouse, Recruitee, etc. Write effective job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms, maximizing visibility and reach. Advise and collaborate closely with stakeholders (interviewers, Hiring Managers, Project Managers, Head of HR) to ensure alignment of expectations and needs. Conduct labor market analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities in recruitment strategies. Participate in Staff Augmentation projects, managing the integration of talent.
