PROJECT MANAGER - LATAM

At Rekluti, a consulting firm specializing in tech talent in LATAM, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. You will be the driving force behind the operational success of our initiatives. In this role (Remote - LATAM modality), you will lead the end-to-end development of technology- and architecture-based projects, ensuring delivery on time, in form, and with the highest quality standards. Your main challenges: Lead the complete lifecycle of highly complex technological or architectural projects. Comprehensively control the planning, tracking, and closure of initiatives. Proactively mitigate risks and manage cross-dependencies between different technical teams. Facilitate steering committees and provide clear, actionable executive reporting for stakeholders. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): 7+ years of verifiable experience managing technological or architectural projects. Postgraduate degree or current certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.). Absolute mastery of timelines, risk management, meeting minutes, dependencies, and executive reporting.
