Job Description (Rekluti Style) At Rekluti, a technology talent consulting firm specialized in LATAM, we are looking for a Technical Lead to drive large-scale software projects for our top international clients. Role Summary: As a Technical Lead, you will be the fundamental bridge between the product's strategic vision and the team's technical execution. You will guide software architecture, ensure best coding practices, and boost the technical growth of the engineers reporting to you within a modern, distributed development environment (100% Remote Modality - LATAM). Your Main Challenges: Design and scale robust, maintainable, and secure software architectures for high-concurrency international platforms. Guide and mentor the development team, promoting engineering best practices (Clean Code, Code Reviews, TDD) and technical excellence. Facilitate key technological decision-making, defining design patterns, frameworks, and integration standards. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into achievable and efficient technical solutions. Optimize continuous delivery and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes, reducing deployment times and ensuring system stability. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Previous experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in software development roles and at least 2 years serving as a Technical Lead or Software Architect.
