IT PROJECT MANAGER

At Rekluti, a consultancy specializing in technological talent in LATAM, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. As a Team Leader, you will assume the strategic responsibility of coordinating and leading software development and infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with contracts and commitments in a 100% remote environment, with the option of on-site mobilization to Costa Rica depending on the end client's needs. Your main challenges: Coordinate contractual compliance, ensuring service quality, attendance at corporate meetings, and the formal signing and delivery of project commitments. Monitor the tracking of agile methodological tasks in Azure DevOps and guide best practices in Scrum and SAFe methodologies. Periodically prepare (at least 3 times a year) technology market trend reports, comparisons, technical obsolescence, and strategic recommendations for the end client. Ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to efficiently respond to critical incidents during support windows. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Completed university bachelor's degree in Computer Science (certified degree).
