ORACLE WEBLOGIC SPECIALIST

At Rekluti, a consultancy specialized in tech talent in LATAM, we are looking for an Oracle WebLogic Specialist to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. As an Oracle WebLogic Specialist, you will be the technical benchmark in the administration, installation, configuration, and tuning of WebLogic domains and servers in a remote work scheme, with availability to travel to Costa Rica based on project demands. Your main challenges: Administer, install, configure, and optimize Oracle WebLogic architectures and domains (version 11g or higher). Seamlessly and securely integrate WebLogic middleware with applicable components of the Oracle ecosystem. Lead the handling and resolution of high-complexity technical incidents in accordance with service windows and rotating on-call shifts (7x24x365 availability depending on the role). Record evidence, manage technical activities, and ensure strict compliance with the client's internal procedures. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Completed university bachelor's degree in Computer Science (certified degree). Minimum of 1 project of technical experience in the last 2 years administering and installing Oracle WebLogic 11g or higher. Active and online-verifiable Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator Certified Associate (or higher) certification. Active certification in Scrum (SFC, SMC, etc.) and DevOps (DevOps Foundation or higher).
