You will work on defining the user experience strategy for digital initiatives, ensuring human-centric design, omnichannel consistency, and accessibility. 🔹 Leadership and research with users and stakeholders 🔹 Journey design, flows, and target experiences 🔹 Validation of proposals through usability testing and metrics 🔹 Alignment of design with processes, business, and technology 🔹 Definition of visual and accessibility guidelines 🔹 Prioritization of improvements to reduce friction and increase digital conversion 🛠️ Key knowledge ✔ UX Research and Service Design / CX ✔ Journey design and information architecture ✔ Usability and accessibility testing ✔ Interface design and experience analytics ✔ Tool management: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Hotjar ✔ Management tools: Jira and Confluence 🔍 Level differentiators 🔝 Senior: Definition of the UX/UI approach for priority strategic initiatives.
