SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER - REMOTE

At Rekluti, a technology talent consulting firm in LATAM, we are looking for a SharePoint / RPA Developer to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. We are looking for an expert profile in building SharePoint solutions (On-Premises and Online) and process automation using Power Platform and RPA. The position is remote, with the option to relocate to Costa Rica depending on project needs. Your main challenges: Design and implement advanced requirements on new and existing applications using the SharePoint ecosystem and automation flows. Build and customize scalable solutions using SPFx, CSOM, Farm Solutions, and SharePoint Designer. Orchestrate complex automations integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PVA, and Azure Logic Apps along with Dataverse. Manage the development lifecycle and incident handling through agile methodologies using Azure DevOps, ensuring quality and technical documentation of deliverables. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Degree: University Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (certified degree). Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in application development and maintenance, with at least 1 verifiable software project in production within the last 3 years. Official Certifications (All mandatory and current): Power Platform (PL-200 or PL-500).
