.NET Full Stack Developer - LATAM

At Rekluti, a consultancy specializing in tech talent in LATAM, we are looking for a Full Stack Backend Developer to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. As a Principal Backend Developer, you will be the key technical reference in the definition, design, and construction of distributed, high-performance backend architectures. In a 100% remote model (LATAM), you will work in an agile and collaborative environment to ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of critical services operating on cutting-edge cloud technologies. Your main challenges: Design and implement resilient, secure, and high-traffic backend solutions using .NET 10 and PostgreSQL 18. Orchestrate asynchronous messaging architecture and real-time integration by implementing Event Hubs / Kafka and distributed caching mechanisms with Redis. Manage and expose robust integration interfaces via Azure API Management, ensuring modern identity schemes with Entra External ID or Keycloak. Drive technical excellence through continuous DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and comprehensive observability within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Extensive and demonstrable technical experience in backend development with .NET (.NET 10) and the C# language.
