ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER - REMOTE

At Rekluti, a consultancy specialized in tech talent in LATAM, we are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Developer to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. We are looking for a technical profile specialized in the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions in Cloud environments with Microsoft Azure. This role operates under a 100% remote modality (with the option of relocation to Costa Rica depending on project needs) for long-term projects. Your main challenges: Design and implement Generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, and cognitive services on the Microsoft Azure architecture. Build and optimize MLOps pipelines by integrating Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions to ensure high-performance continuous deployment. Develop and scale architectures based on .NET, C#, and Python to connect machine learning models with relational databases and robust APIs. Guarantee end-to-end technical observability and monitoring of AI solutions using tools like Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Education: Completed university bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields (Certified Degree). Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years in application development and maintenance (with at least 1 verifiable production project in recent years).
