BUSINESS ANALYST - Spanish

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, capable of acting as a bridge between the business and the technical team, proficient in As-Is / To-Be process discovery, analysis, and documentation, and in defining functional requirements for web and mobile applications. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Agile discovery of functional requirements (business rules, flows, journeys, scenarios). Process documentation using BPMN2 notation from early stages. Preparation of SRS (Software Requirements Specification), User Stories, UML diagrams, and Figma prototypes. Validation of requirement gathering with clients, ensuring functional and technical coverage. Coordination of functional testing, certification matrices, and Sign-Off (VoBo) communication. Drafting user manuals and clear, structured documentation. Moderating functional sessions with clients during commercial and execution phases. Effective communication of changes, releases, and definitions to the technical and QA teams. 🧩 Required Skills Soft Skills Impeccable, structured, and error-free oral and written communication.
