ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - LATAM

At Rekluti, a technology talent consulting firm in LATAM, we are looking for a Transformation Director / Partner / Enterprise Architect to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. You will be a key player in executive leadership and sponsor management for strategic technological initiatives. In this role (Remote - LATAM modality), you will lead the transformational vision, ensuring alignment between enterprise architecture and high-level business objectives. Your main challenges: Direct executive strategy and sponsor management, guaranteeing the viability and success of transformation programs. Orchestrate technological governance and enterprise architecture processes to maximize business value. Lead critical decision-making and executive escalation with C-Levels and Boards of Directors. Design high-level solutions that solve complex, large-scale architecture and process problems. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): 10+ years of verifiable experience leading enterprise transformation, IT governance, process, or enterprise architecture initiatives. Solid experience interacting, reporting, and negotiating with C-Levels and Boards of Directors. Strong executive escalation capability and strategic decision-making. Power Skills: Assertive Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to the highest levels.
