A Brief Overview Reporting to the SVP, New Business Enablement, EMEA, the Regional Head of Underwriting, Claims & Biometric Risk is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the underwriting, claims and medical functions across the EMEA region. The role establishes and executes a regional strategy that enhances client value, drives operational excellence and positions the business to reimagine how underwriting, claims and biometric risk are delivered in the future. A key focus of the role is to challenge existing practices, unlock new ways of working, and lead innovation across technology, biometrics, data and analytics, while building the talent and capability required to deliver a forward-looking, consistent and commercially impactful regional operating model.
