A Brief Overview The Manager, Political Affairs serves as a key resource for political operations and political engagement strategies. This role manages the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of RGA's political contributions program, including the day-to-day administration of the RGA Federal Political Action Committee (PAC). The incumbent works independently to support political engagement and contribution strategies, provide political and legislative analysis, and deliver recommendations that help strengthen alignment between RGA's public policy priorities and political engagement activities. The incumbent performs research related to public policy and regulatory issues to support RGA's broader government relations programs. The role partners across Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, and executive leadership while ensuring adherence to applicable campaign finance laws and regulatory requirements.
