The Customer SuccessManager focuses on the long-term customer relationships by proactively determining solutions to potential client pain points, identifies upselling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction You will be responsible for: Understanding customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS and gathering other feedback. Delivering and communicating ROI to the clients, throughout the customer lifecycle Manage and grow the company’s book of business, responsible for renewals Conduct QBR meetings and consult the clients Act as a Customer Advocate by learning about our clients Build Trust and Transparency with Clients Enhance Customer Training Evaluate and Analyze Customer Needs Onboard New Clients Promote Customer Loyalty Manage customer requests, expectations, and communication.
