Senior Manager, Country Cluster Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Operations to join our Global Site Management function, supporting our EMEA region in a remote work mode. In this role, you will lead country-cluster operations and field-based Clinical Trial Liaison teams while collaborating with regional leaders, study teams, vendors, and investigator sites. Oversee vendor-provided staff against service-level agreements and raise performance concerns. Implement standardised feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, and investigator issue-resolution processes. Advise cross-functional forums on study, programme, country, capacity, and resource strategies. Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, and support meetings, audits, and inspections.
