We are seeking a strategic community management professional to join our International Community Team, and lead a growing team in EMEA. As the Manager of Community for EMEA, you will spearhead the development and execution of the community strategy that supports Reddit ’s growth in the region. In this role, you will lead a team of Community Specialists and will take charge of defining the roadmap for community activation and moderation across focus markets, and help develop our international playbook. Your work will focus on experimenting, iterating, and refining processes that drive community engagement at scale.
