About the Role The Vendor Manager ensures effective vendor and contract management across IT, with accountability for cost transparency and contract compliance. The role coordinates the vendor and contract lifecycle and provides transparency on invoices and cloud costs across domains, functions, and cost types. It supports sourcing and make-or-buy decisions by providing relevant commercial and vendor insights. Success is reflected in compliant IT sourcing, transparent and attributable spend, and well-informed sourcing decisions. About Your Tasks Coordinate the vendor and contract lifecycle across IT to support compliant and cost-transparent sourcing. Analyse invoices and cloud costs by domain, function, and cost type to make IT spend attributable and actionable. Monitor vendor and contract information to support transparency and adherence to contractual requirements. Evaluate commercial and vendor information to support make-or-buy and sourcing decisions. Support IT stakeholders in sourcing decisions by providing relevant vendor, contract, and cost insights. Contribute to vendor (re)negotiations by applying commercial judgement and foundational knowledge of contract law.
