Associate / Senior Associate, Product Delivery (iTakeControl) Clinical Research Technology | SS&A Do you enjoy solving technical challenges while helping deliver innovative technology solutions to support clinical research? We're seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Product Delivery to support the implementation and optimization of the iTakeControl (iTC) platform. You'll partner with Product Management, Technical Development, and Clinical Operations teams to support clinical studies from conception through closeout. Experience Level: 0-10 years Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple studies, stakeholders, vendors, and timelines simultaneously Knowledge of health data collection, privacy requirements, and compliance standards including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software Ability to learn new technologies quickly and provide technical troubleshooting support Experience working with mobile technologies, including iOS and Android environments What You'll Do Support implementation and configuration of the iTakeControl platform Gather and document client requirements Coordinate activities between clients, Product Management, Technical Development, and Clinical Operations teams Conduct QC testing and User Ac
