This is a fully remote position based in Portugal. What You'll Do Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms. Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support. Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues. Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers. Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience. Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements. What We're Looking For Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level). Good command of English (B2 minimum). Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
