About the role Manage client accounts by overseeing contracts, billing, and service delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients remain satisfied. Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Compliance to make sure client needs are met and business goals are supported. Review and audit client data processes to understand how they gather and report information. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build strong, trusted relationships Provide training and support to clients to help them understand requirements and ensure compliance.
