We are looking for a passionate and proactive Commercial Technical Representative for the ALMERIA, COAST OF GRANADA, AND MALAGA REGION to join the team of a leading company in the development of biotechnological solutions for agriculture. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop technical and commercial strategies to promote the effective use of products in the ALMERIA, GRANADA, AND MALAGA REGION. Identify and establish strong relationships with clients in the local agricultural industry. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt strategies to market needs. Actively participate in local agricultural events to increase the company's presence. REQUIREMENTS Proven sales experience in the ALMERIA, COAST OF GRANADA, AND MALAGA REGION, preferably in the agricultural sector. Agronomic technical knowledge: Agronomic Engineering, Technical Agronomic Engineering, or related degrees. Knowledge of the biostimulant, fertilizer, and nutritional products market. Communication and negotiation skills. Residence in the area. Availability to travel as needed. Knowledge of current trends and challenges in agriculture and biotechnology. Self-management capability.
