The current system has been inherited via MAN, includes integrations with German source systems, and requires a thorough technical audit. We are talking about understanding the current architecture, cleaning up redundant code, and charting a clear roadmap toward more scalable technologies. What will you do? Technical Audit: Meticulously review the existing Excel model and perform an exhaustive analysis of the VBA code to identify inactive, redundant, or critical functions. Data Mapping: Identify and document data flows, dependencies, and connections with German source systems.
