Product Manager in LatAm

Position Summary On our quest to be recognized as the world’s best partner to indie game developers we are looking to strengthen our team with a Product Manager in the LatAm region. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about indie games, people, collaboration, player behaviours and connecting games with players. You’ll lead the product direction on your games, balancing business goals, market realities, and player needs while making sure the game's heart and creative identity stay intact. In this role, you’ll be working closely with a Publishing Producer, a Brand Manager and the External Developer. Your job is to keep the team aligned around a shared product vision, and ensure decision, from pricing to positioning, are grounded, intentional, and player-informed. We are a distributed company currently looking to expand our presence in the LatAm region, which is why this role should be based in the region, starting off by working from home while building up local presence.
