Among that talent, we are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer 🧡 Purpose: Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered user experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products. Collaborate with product, development, and research teams. Validate design hypotheses through testing or user feedback. 🔍 What we are looking for precisely: 💪🏻 Experience with: Ability to understand user needs and translate them into visual solutions. Creation of wireframes, user flows, mockups, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes. Proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of design systems, components, and UI best practices. Notions of digital accessibility and user-centered design. Ability to interpret and apply feedback from users and stakeholders. Basic knowledge of UX Research and validation methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Attention to detail and visual criteria. ✨ We value: Residing in Córdoba, Argentina.
