Video Account Manager

Description Rankings.io is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Video Account Manager to join our growing Video Department. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through content production, approvals, publishing, and ongoing account management. You'll work closely with our internal video production, creative, and advertising teams to keep projects moving, deadlines on track, and clients informed every step of the way. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen next. You should be comfortable managing multiple client accounts, juggling competing priorities, and following through until the job is done. Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Account Setup Own the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from day one. Coordinate welcome calls, account connection meetings, and onboarding follow-ups. Communicate onboarding requirements, next steps, and outstanding action items to clients. Set up and maintain client accounts, project boards, and communication channels in ClickUp and Slack. Coordinate account connections, securely manage client-provided credentials, and prepare standardized AI prompt documents.
