Sr. Video Editor & Motion Designer – AI Workflows (Remote, LATAM)

Description This is a remote independent contractor opportunity working closely with our US-based team. Rankings.io is a legal marketing agency for elite law firms. Partnering with our internal marketing team, you’ll create video and motion content that markets Rankings.io , PIM (Personal Injury Mastermind), PIMCON, and our growing family of brands. As we develop more original shows and expand the ones we already have, video is becoming a bigger part of how we build audiences and tell stories across our brands. We’re expanding video across the company, from short-form and podcasts to campaigns, events, and brand storytelling. We’re also building the creative systems and team to support it. You won’t just inherit an editing queue. You’ll have a hand in setting the creative standard, developing how we work, and shaping what our video looks like as we scale. About the role You’re a video editor and storyteller first. You know how to find the moment that makes someone stop scrolling, turn raw footage into a story, and use pacing, sound, motion, and design to keep them watching. But the way you create has evolved with AI. It’s not an occasional shortcut or add-on to your process. You use it to generate visuals, build motion content, develop concepts, solve creative problems, and dramatically expand what’s possible within an edit. You’re j
