Law Firm Digital Strategist

We are looking for a Law Firm Digital Strategist to connect client objectives to clear priorities,measurable roadmaps, and coordinated work across channels. This role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and contributes to improving our approach to client strategy. The Account Manager owns the client relationship and ongoing communication. The Law Firm Digital Strategist owns strategic direction, the roadmap, and the analysis that informs recommendations. Channel teams own execution. This is an individual-contributor role focused on planning, analysis, and direction, without hands-on campaign management or production responsibilities. The Strategist leads strategic discussions within client meetings in partnership with the Account Manager, explains recommendations and results, and participates in occasional in-person meetings. Responsibilities Client Objective Translation and Roadmap Ownership Assess each client’s market, competitive position, desired case mix, geographic priorities, and budget to identify opportunities and constraints. Partner with the Account Manager and client to establish realistic growth objectives, accounting for intake performance, firm capacity, and the time required to produce results.
