Senior Associate Attorney

We are looking for a Senior Associate Attorney to join our legal advisory team. Draft and review contracts, memos, legal opinions, and various legal documents; Represent the company or clients in administrative and judicial proceedings, including higher courts; Coordinate legal audits and due diligence; Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Participate in strategic meetings with senior management or clients for risk analysis and decision-making; Bachelor's degree in Law; Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer, with proven experience in credit recovery; Mastery of legal management tools, such as legal software and technology applied to Law; Strong analytical and decision-making skills; Excellent verbal and written communication; Strategic and proactive profile; Reside in the interior of the State of São Paulo.
